Appointments that need to be cancelled or rescheduled must give at least 2hrs notice. Most nights are fully booked, so unfortunately if you are 5 minutes or more late, your appointment will need to be cancelled and you will need to rebook another night, so please take this into consideration when booking a time. No shows will not be rebooked.
